I think a reverse split is a for-sure (maybe now 20:1 ?).

Now why would they do that? To keep NASDAQ listing? Doubtful, if the company beilives they can come out of this then re-apply for NASDAQ listing which really doesn't take long when you have already been through the process.

As to the future of this company, they have the products and the name. They need to fix that internal cash flow problem. Any half competent executive will be able to take the cost cutting measures to make this company profitable.

Not in this one yet but it is damn tempting, even with so many great buys floating around out there.
