John: I just noticed that the PE of the Small Caps relative to the S&P 500 is the lowest it has been since 1979. In other words, Small Caps have been knocked north, west and crooked. It's not just TAVA
getting scrunched, it's a major market disparity. Well, these kinds of disparities always close. Given the many very healthy small
companies with little exposure to Asia, and the many large caps with large exposure to Asia, safe haven isn't the large caps. It sure
hasn't been gold. And I wouldn't put money in long term bonds here. So it's cash dollars, short term bills, or small stocks. Well, at least there's a case for small stocks.
