My, this thread's been active lately. Re: Cisco->> Cisco originally bought Siebel only for its forecasting functionality. Cisco IS rammed the application down the throats of 2000 sales reps that never agreed on anything in their life. Cisco spent the next year bitching at Siebel until Siebel decided pandering to Cisco was bad business. Looks like Cisco decided another piece of software was the answer. When you're on top of the world, you don't really have to worry about thinking smart. Good luck with Cisco, Vantive. But don't waste too much money on them.
