There is definetly some grey area's here. It seems to me that at this point the company is trying to keep there options open!. There board did approve before the Sept.1 deadline. It seems like both parties have options here. One IDCN can go threw the process that is normal of people calling in there CERTS before a VOTE. The Investor group can back out because there agreement was that Managment could deliver 80% By Sept.1. I could be mistaken here but I felt at first that the PR of the.375 offer was just the first bid, to other offers that have been coming to the table. What is important here is that IDCN seems to be creating much interest as of late. The 600.000 PP at .40 seems incouraging, and there is allot more were that came from. It seems that Our CEO has been doing quite a bit of traveling lately. Things might not happen exactlly how we thought that they would. Might happen better!
