Just looking at the AZNT chart I see all the earmarks of a convertible preferred which started in April and ended with the conversion done in mid July. Notice how it was shorted slowly down over at least 90 days, it cratered shortly thereafter so that the holder could get the most shares for his buck, the conversion happened and hence the large volume, and the price immediately shot back up. It's my guess the person who did the convertible who is selling into this hype. tscn.com - Jeff
