I could also make a speculation on the potential for all the desert dirt holdings fully valued based on the resource value of Peoria. "Value" for metal in the ground would have Maxam valued at over $100/share. That's speculation and it's obvious that people don't believe or the price would be much higher. Maxam's larger land holdings are the current strategic investment for me. I doubt they will give up what it took decades to achieve, never happen. If you want a safer investment, buy bonds, but then don't even begin to consider a large reward. There are also a number of conventional miners flattened, go buy them and be happier. However, even most the conventional miners are in trouble if POG doesn't move up soon. People have a knack for selling low, great!
