Whiskey, This is not the time to buy LCAV or any other stock. It is becoming painfully apparent that we are in a bear market, and there is no pressing needs to buy stocks at this time. This is especially true of low cap issues with weak fundamentals. LCAV technical indicators are showing negative momentum; OBV and RSI indicate continued outflow of cash. There simply no technical or fundamental reasons to buy this issue until the company gives the final approval or disapproval of their reverse split and stock option plan. Harry
