John,

It has been some time since I have read about that practice, so my memory is somewhat foggy. As I recall, the last account was about 10 years ago and involved an extremely popular Japanese auto maker. The other party did manufacture sheet metal, but I don't know their name.

The auto maker caught hell for what they did, but I don't know what the outcome was or how it was ever resolved.

I can tell you this, ever since I posted that last message, carloads of Japanese businessmen have been driving slowly by my house, stopping briefly, then proceeding on their way. Needless to say, I'm a little concerned.

John, I wouldn't worry, what would Sony want with it's own state of the art, system on a chip company.

Cautious investing,

D. Peters
