My concern with any company is that they use money wisely. Whether it is money borrowed or money used by selling company shares. Every investor hopes the company makes wise acquisitions that will increase revenue and eventually increase profits. I think LTGL has done a pretty good deal on acquiring Lowglow. As I have said before, I would really be concerned about the dilution if the company was dumping the money down a rat hole. However, if the funds are being used to acquire other good profitable companies then that can only increase the value of LTGL which eventually will be reflected in the share price.
