The consolodation of the business is a negative because it shows that nobody is making any money. Whoever is left in the business isn't necessarily a winner, just better at raising cash and survival. Some of the customers will eventually set up their own systems to replace the contracted service that CYCH provides but for now they sub it out because its easier.
