I don't see this as significant. The declaration of war against any and all who would pose a terroristic threat is fine. Let the lawyers figure that out. As for serving a notice, no need. They already know. We are the ones who don't. The 250 million or so that think this is just so much political posturing. Of course I'd feel a lot better if we had a man with some sense of scruples at the commander-in-chief level, and at least a modicum of experience in the warmaking career field. And I'm not counting writing letters to draft boards.
