peacelover, I am not an expert either, but what you ask about sounds similar to something that Zeev Hed(SI member) refers to as "Floorless Financing." Zeev has a thread and floorless has its own thread as well. I am fairly certain that your patience will pay off on the long side. The only question is when. MRVC was mentioned just a few months ago by a revered mutual fund manager as one of only 5 companies that he thinks will have stunning growth in the next 5 years. Since that time, 2 of his picks, (CIEN, MRVC) have had some rather noticeable declines. These could be terrific buying opportunities, but IMHO Noam has to start explaining. I've heard those on this thread talk about what a genius Noam is, but this guy has made himself the CEO and as such HE needs to be the communicator. If he's too busy developing the new technology himself, fine. Then hire someone with good communications skills, and spread the word. Cube
