Hi Jerry, >> "doom & gloom" boys will pound this point to death...fear will make people sell more quickly now...<<

The thing I feared most, is when the "pounding" on that starts to lighten up, they can roll right into pounding the Y2K and Euro conversion costs. Those are very real IMHO, and if properly "pounded", could continue the downward MO. My big question is will the funds come forth with their recently accumulated cash soon, or do they sit tight & let it drop? I'm still of the opinion the market is broken until the nifties correct. That's not to say it can't melt-up of course. Comments anyone?

thanks in advance,
Tom

(PS Ike, any comment on BA)

Jerry:

The McClellan Summation Index is now lower than it was at the bottom of the 1987 crash... We are either looking for a bottom or heading into a Bear market that will be different than what we've previously experienced... Either way, lot's of cash on hand is a good idea...
