128 GL graphics chip to produce outstanding visual quality at high performance
levels. Engineered with an advanced 3D engine and an 128-bit architecture,
the RAGE 128 GL produces fast 3D application performance made possible by a
SuperScalar Rendering (SSR) engine. The SSR engine can process multiple
pixels per clock cycle, the best acceleration option for the newest,

Optimized for the Full AGP 2X Specification
Supporting the full AGP 2X specification, the XPERT 128 board increases the amount of graphics memory available by storing graphics information in system memory in addition to local graphics memory. Enabling Bi-directional Direct Memory Execution (DME) to increase the performance across the AGP bus, the XPERT 128 board fully maximizes AGP resulting in improved performance for all 2D, 3D and DVD applications.

The XPERT 128 AGP board comes in 16MB memory configuration with a suggested retail price of $199 (US). Shipping date is October, 1998.
