Dan, psychology is very important component of investing. yes, US economy very strong, but if people, aka investors, start looking at their portfolios from the point of view of where can i reduce risk, rather than where can i make money, then we could see a spiral continuing the disfavor of stocks. Right now we are having a dearth of buyers, rather than a lot of selling. The reasons for owning stocks are not nearly as compelling as they were month or two ago, and i only see this trend continuing, at least for the short term. larry
