this market is brutal and that is why i loaded up un the cash side months ago and only doing a few trades here and there. IMO we will have about another 2 weeks of this and then we should turnaround.

btw- my hats off to Mr. Venookor

I hope they don't bail out ASND

I saw that Druckenmiller interview yesterday. He said that even with the Russia loss, his Quantum fund was up over 19% year-to-date (he calls that 19+% return 'mediocre'), and another Soros fund with heavy Russia exposure is up even more. So, I don't think he has any reason to bail out of ASND now. He also indicated that before going into the Russian market, his firm decided to limit their investment to 10% of their portfolio, in case it went to zero, figuring they could recover from a 10% loss. Maybe, he already sold ASND - like when it was in the 50's; but, if so, that's still a different situation.

Some of his comments I found disturbing, but I didn't hear any indication that he needs to bail out of any holding to cover the Russia loss. Additionally, he was very positive on the US stock market for at least this year, his investment horizon being 3-6 months out.
