Mr. Cavalry, I believe Mr. tonto has yet to inform us of anything other than he knows what "we know". Really Mr. tonto. Your posts demonstrate you do not. I suggest it is no mistake you post in support of Mr. Asensio's shortsell recommendations and apply the very same "means" justifies the "end" methodology here. You have, in essence, said nothing. You bring us more innuendo and speculation and I suggest it is you hurting investors with your bias. You speak of financials. I informed you that , as in the disclosure filings of AZNT, the matter with ascertaining a way to evaluate the value of an intellectual property, Dr. Lorrichio's properties, was being resolved by the SEC, AZNT, & Dr. Lorrichio. Can you now inform this board of the status of that situation. Has it been resolved? Are the financials now audited? You are very vague on your answers so I will expect you to be specific. Since the papers are being served to those in question as we speak, your speculation of a counter-suit could be validated by a motion, a court filing. Where is such a filing? The company has not been served. I Suggest you are not being forthright in this matter. Though you did use a cut & paste from a 1995 disclosure in regards to Mr. Lorrichio's patents which didn't belong to AZNT until 1997. In other words you misled the investors you suggest you are assisting. I suggest you are doing more of the very same. RB
