jeje it's pretty easy and straightforward...Basically the newsletter comes out 7-10 days before the earnings are reported. That's why I call them earnings plays. I've explained the newsletter strategies in detail in the introduction to all previous newsletters. You can look at them in the newsletter archives on the website. marketgems.com and also the marketgems.com you will see past articles for Silicon Investor that shed further light on the importance of 'earnings plays'.

Newsletter stocks are probably the easiest and most profitable 'watch lists' because you are DEFINITELY going to have movement in the stock very close to earnings report. You put them all in your database and check them for channel breakouts, trendline breakouts and price/volume increases. You can hold them anywhere from a few hours to a few days and not necessarily through earnings. We've done them very successfully for 18 months now. On some occasions I will mention on the bulletin board or thread when I see a stock from the list looking like its coming into buy range. We do expect our traders to use their own trading strategies and, yes, we do everything short of 'spoonfeeding' buy and sell signals.

If you have any questions, please address them to me in a private e-mail.
