would be pure speculation on my part but Sid is a lawyer and has been sparse with his communication in the past so he does not strike me as the type to float a trial balloon. So I suspect their thinking is more advanced and this is, if anything, an effort to prepare the shareholders. But this is just speculation on my part. I know a number of lurkers think I talk to management frequently but I have spoken to no one at the company for a couple of weeks and even then not about anything that would remotely imply what is in this letter. So I am just speculating with the rest and have no information re their plans. Henry
