sherine, It's not the SEC's job to defend companies from attacks. I guess we'll have to wait for the 10-K to finally put this issue to rest. P.S. I don't remember JT alluding it should heat up after labor day. What comments gave you that impression?

In regards to JT's statement about things heating up again. I have heard some rumblings that have my "Spidey Sense" acting up. Monsanto is having "roll-out" meeting(s?) on Wednesday. The MTC rep dropped by this week when I was busy and couldn't talk to him, but he left word that he strongly encouraged me to attend the meeting, because MTC was going to make some important announcements. Supposedly, these are announcements that are going to change the way we (in the ag sector) think about production ag and how we do business. It was related to me (second hand), that these announcements may be as important as the DLP & DKB announcements. I know, I know, this could be all hype and speculation. It may also be affecting my business more than my portfolio, but it has given me reason to take pause. There are still some merger rumors floating around about Agrevo/Bayer and DuPont/DowElanco or Zeneca. If you have patience, I think it will be handsomely rewarded. JT spoke about events in the next two months shaking things up. It may provide an opportunity for those looking to get out of an ABTX position at breakeven or even a modest profit. For those of us looking further down the road, it will be just a little bit more vindication.
