My motto is: When a client questions a bill it is better to just knock off a few bucks (preferred client discount) than to argue. However:

.10/hr is not ten cents an hour, but means one tenth of an hour (we lawyers like to use this as the least amount of time we could possibly spend on something).

Total time spent on last message was four tenths of an hour. I charge $200/hour. Four tenths of an hour at 200/hr (remember, I'm a lawyer not an accountant) is $80. Very reasonable, I think.
