FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 27, 1998--Natural MicroSystems(TM), the technology leader in Open Telecommunications(TM), today announced that Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, a leading developer of call center solutions, has agreed to certify Natural MicroSystems' award-winning Alliance Generation network interface and DSP boards and Fusion(TM) programmable IP Telephony platform for its Genesys T-Server Framework product. As a result, the more than 100 Genesys VARs and System Integrator Partners will soon be able to offer T-Server Framework enterprise software that utilizes Natural MicroSystems' high-performance voice processing platforms for IP and PSTN-based call centers.
