I never thought you or anyone else would say that either. Let's hope we never hear it again.

To answer your other question, PAIR has about $200,000,000 in cash. If they used 1/2 of that to buy back shares, they could afford 10,000,000 shares at 10. I would hope they think that's a good investment for their cash. It would boost their EPS by about a dime.

I would like to know what their plans are for that cash:

1. Hold it to be a more attractive buyout candidate.
2. Buy back shares.
3. Make an acquisition
4. Increased R&D (?)
