Frankly, I think he overstates his case somewhat.

there's been some talk about testing 6500 on the Dow.
the 200 DMA is around 8400.
6500 appears to be the next logical test of support.
looking at the chart, it would appear that the index has broken
through that 200 DMA with a purpose...
