ISIP up 3/4 @10 on Dow 220.
Will ISIP shoot up when sell off eases ?
Are Isip investors willing to hold on or tend to sell off on upside ?
Any guidance ?

Petrus,

You said you believe in the potential of anti-sense technology. Act on your beliefs. Really buy for the long term, which means longer than next week.

Consider this too: Not only does this news help validate anti-sense technology, it validates the management of this company. They know how to bring a drug through the approval process. Very important as this skill is not the possession of all biotech managers.

If you are long, buy this stuff and put it away for five years. Maybe you don't want to buy it all tomorrow. Why not buy a little tomorrow, watch the markets, buy some more, etc.

Some on this thread have suggested there might be something other than anti-sense rendering this drug effective for this application. That is a remote possibility. But that argument is weaker today. It will be weaker still when the second anti-sense drug is approved. So for those of us concerned about that, wait until the second approval.

My opinion? If this is not the low for ISIS, it is very close to it.

And that is a long term low.

Regards,

Jack Simmons
