Mr. Jim, I believe that JB and the boys have been notified by the court. Very soon we should see markedly increased volume, buys, because the court demands that these shares be bought on the open market. I guesstimate the first buy to be in excess of .5MM shares. I double-checked and there is no counter-suit filed, nor has the company as knowledge of such. I believe that this was pure suggestion on behalf of Mr. tonto.
