Minos: Unfortunately, it was a rather somber press release. This appears to be yet another example of a small company that has a proprietary technology, but has a management team that cannot run a profitable business. In all fairness to Judi North, she inherited most of the problems and she is struggling to survive. However, Ed Redstone, Larry Carr, Dick Snelling and Carleton Brown were all part of the decision making team that has put VSI in this precarious position. I still believe that the only way the company can survive is to merge or put itself up for sale. Walt
