MADI has everything I look for in a Penny/OTC BB stock. Among the things are: 1) Reverse merger- Only real way to find real bargains since previous company probably was dead for a long time and therefore unnoticed when management/company changed. 2) Management does job not promotion- as long as they do their jobs then sooner or later the investment world will find out. 3) Large inside holding of stock (5 Million out of 8 Million) 4) High Technology- Like technology related companies better then service related since anyone can do service but not all can enter high technology arena. P.S. Just wondering for all new people here how did you happen to hear about MADI? John
