Pravin,
Well, no one took my bet that AMD would have the 350 out by the end of August. They were smart. Since Intel apparently wants to cubby hole the Celeron A in low end systems, the K6-2-350 should do well in the MHz game.
Around the first week of November you will see the K6-2-400.
AMD will be within one speed grade of Intel at that time. Intel will have to speed up the Celeron at the expense of the Pentium II.
