**OT**

Maybe some of you economics experts can help here. Supposedly this market is reacting to the news of Russia. I know that there is a lot of other stuff heaped on top of that, however, even though they may be a superpower (or used to be), aren't they pretty much a bit player in the world economy? If so, aren't people just overreacting? Maybe this will lead to a big bounce at some point. Maybe I'm being wishful.

Also, for those TA folks(I'm not too good at this stuff) if you look at the DOW and the NASDAQ over the last few months, is it possible we are forming a double bottom? If so, maybe we are in for an upswing come Sept.

Regards,

Dave

Fortunately I recently sold the few stocks I had-- except for THQ, which is slaughtering me this morning, since I now have 50% more shares. Whew. Last week I was loving all the margin I had in reserve, loving my "conservative" position of only owning THQ, which in my mind, following the debt cancellation, had nowhere to go but up.

Did somebody say, "Wrong!" or what? What is this 14 and change shit? Jeez, I know you can't fight the overall market, but this is dire. I suppose I should buy some more shares at this price, but you know what? I think I'll be happy enough with what I own now, when the price recovers. I mean, we are getting to the point where "correction" is about to transform into "redemptions" and that, I hate to say it, could cost the Dow another 800, the Naz another 150, and bring THQ to 13-something, which is just the price ole StaggerLee is looking for (to go short).

And since I'm in Australia I can't even meet up with all you knuckleheads for a half dozen of those dim sum dumplings. So I am off to bury my face in a bowl of extra spicy bimbimbang for a few weeks.
