Well Cavalry, if there has been a substantial misstatement of their assets, I think that the SEC should be made aware of it. On the face of it, it would look like there are some legitimate questions to be asked here.

Those governments don't work that way - a hundred years ago they did, but they don't any more, not in general anyway. And they never did hand over monopoly concessions to little pissant OTC-BB outfits. Cash talks there. I'd be very surprised if this had any truth to it at all, I think someone has misled you on this point. Perhaps you could ask them for some proof? Or failing that, a 'clarification'?
