The overbought/oversold and sentiment readings are sending a strong message right now. However, these clowns don't know how to read them. The fact that we are at oversold levels and not bouncing means we are in a bear market. The reason we knew we were in bull market during the past few years despite the fact that fundamentals peaked in 1995 is that oversold conditions elicited immediate sharp rallies.
