Your friends at Union may not be your friends. With all the theories floating around here about why the stock is going down, I would like to revitalize the JKF discussion. You loons must have something to say about that.

The stock is going down because nobody is buying ...

Tim

Alastair, wouldn't you think that with the TSE down 450 ( ouch! ) he would be able to do this today and there would be more aggressive selling now?

Regards, Al

Hi Alastair - thanks for the update

Yes the underlying fundamentals are great going forward - but it must be very hard for many not to let some go and then jump back in for the ride up. But where's the low - that's the question? If the Union broker is doing as you say - how much power does he have to really push the stock down another 25%.

A little birdie told me yesterday that Napier could have put some numbers in the News - don't know why they didn't :-(

They have a board meeting next Tuesday I understand.

David.

Alastair: Union, Nesbitt & Haywood are doing most of the selling thus far today.

A thought: with Union both buying and selling (net buyer) can two brokers work the stock down by taking it in turns to buy on the bid or close to it - and just go back and forth - and disguising this play by going through their buddies at other houses - Midland and Canaccord are your two suggestions?

Is this legal? If this is all happening in Vancouver - they would again offer themselves as the worst example of ethical practice in Canada - no North America. Take a look at the VSE thread at the Stockhouse web site - the VSE has few friends these days.

Napier should come out with a statement THIS week and comment on the decline in the stock price - plus throwing in the numbers that they should have included in the last News would be appreciated!

Lunch time,

David.
