Thats GREAT !! The cat is out of the bag and now hopefully the chase will begin. The news release said nothing about the number of shares to be issued? Dumb question #1. If old SSGI holds 34% of the new company then can we say that the number of initial shares will be about 6.5 mil. ? Dumb question #2. Release said something about the need for more capitol. Does that mean more shares printed to acquire funds ? Dumb statement #1. Tough day in the market for news. Later, Chuck Messick
