Thanks, i thought it was a percentage.....but didn't really know since the rules change from last October.

Looks like some panic selling is going on......DELL has held up the last couple days EXTRODINARILY well......but it is not immune, as someone else stated.

OT taxes ...I think there are a LOT of places tax money could be saved and our taxes cut.

I couldn't agree more. If the representatives can't find cuts then they should but place say 10% of budget up for public referendum and let the people, or those willing to go vote decide where their money goes. I have faith that the public as a whole won't kill off the best parts of government while feeding off the pork.
