Would EDII shareholders know if any steps had been made towards the reporting status..I doubt it. It is a lot of paperwork as some have stated already on the thread. As to the rest of your post..I can neither agree nor disagree as it is a personal opinion without facts to support it. I do hope for the sake of EDII shareholders that all goes well. There is a fair chance that this will be a good company in time. It could also go pear shaped. I guess it must be a Penny Stock. ColinD
