Re: counting on a lot of foreign investments which may not materialize now. very possible. But unlike other developing nations, the majority of so called foreign investment in china come from oversea chinese not loans from developed nations. IMHO, as long as china devalue and keep pumping money into domestic economy, those investment are likely to stay. Derek
