Thanks for the suggestion. But I read a lot. I know HKMA are trying to support the HK market. I just can not agree with you that the recent run-up is caused by government intervention only. Japan government are trying support Nikkei all along and you should know the result since you read a lot<g>. You think HKMA has a deeper pocket that Japan government?

very possible. But unlike other developing nations, the majority of so called foreign investment in china come from oversea chinese not loans from developed nations. IMHO, as long as china devalue and keep pumping money into domestic economy, those investment are likely to stay.
