I've been a long term investor in SHMN and bought in at 4 1/4. I've been trying to get some info on what's happening and found several pertinant discussions on SI and elsewhere.

I'm hoping that this recent knock down in the price is due to the preferred offering. I averaged down at $2 yesterday.

I believe in one of Taipans phone hotline discussions, they said that one of the larger stockbrokerage firms (or a mutual fund) decided only to hold large cap companies and dropped over a million shares of Shaman on the market. I think I called about a month to 6 weeks ago and heard that. I wish I could add more. Steve Kastl
