As WW pointed out earlier, the company must file a form with the SEC to begin the process of becoming fully reporting. EDII has not filed.

BDO Siedman is performing an audit. This does not mean financials will be released to the public. The independent audit is more for protection of the Officers and Directors than for the shareholders.
