Just got a response from Samantha regarding questions posted previously: In answer to your questions, the finance department is working on the filing for the year ended July 31st, 1998. Under SEC regulations, TPI has 90 days from the year-end in which to submit the filing. The CEO and/or CFO may or may not make a statement with respect to the year end results prior to the filing being made. At this point I have not been given any announcement to schedule in this regard, therefore, unfortunately I cannot give you any more information than that. TPI is still working with BigiSoft to secure a TPI beta site for Vertex 2000. When there is finalization on a site announcement will be made. As for another convertible debenture being necessary, this is something that would be a board decision and since I am not part of the board of directors, I am not privy to this information. To the best of MY knowledge there has not been another CD required. As for the conversion of the CD by Thomson Kernaghan, this again, is something that is handled through the CFO and that I am not privy to, the details will be available in the financial reporting when it is filed. As for news, we are hoping to be able to issue some news in the very near future. There is a lot of activity in the sales funnel, as well as preliminary assessments and work being performed at potential client sites. Once we have signed contracts we will be making announcements.
