Hi Addi,
My motto:
"Buy from the Scared, Sell to the Greedy!!!"

Seems to work for me! However, I'm about tapped out as well.

Best regards,
Tom

addi--

well, this is an excellent lesson in both hedging and buying. now you know not to take a full position all at once. this is not to say i am brilliant or anything...my first purchase was around 18<G>. needless to say all i have been doing is buying more as cash is generated.

this will correct just like everything else. look at it from the perspective of a fund manager in boston or a trader in NYC. they dont know dick about semis, except that INTC margins are going down, NSM cant give chips away, AMAT is cutting jobs and expecting things to get worse. in their limited minds, VLSI is a real risk in what is a beat up sector. what they need is guidance from the company. stein should have a phone attached to his ear right now.

anyway, just hold on. it may get worse. but it WILL get better.

good luck to all,
trey

Hi Adi: There are many Companies selling below book. The lowest P/B I have seen is 0.35. I had traded MLT when it went well below book. It
made a nice come back .DIMD is another that has currently crashed.

It is always dangerous standing next to a dumpster. When the Funds decide to unload, its best to wait till they have finished and left.

This blood letting may not be over. For a bottom, we need to see an
acceleration of price decline and increasing volumes in succession.

Perhaps some T.A will tell us wer we are in that fall.
