I think the point is that if PMC is buying stock at current book value then they are valuing the technology at 0.

In other words this whole PMC deal is a fiasco,

What benifit is it to CIST to sell the stock if they need to issue warrants.

If the technology has value and PMC wishes to buy stock let them buy as much as they want in the open mkt.

If they want to invest in a company that does not need cash then they should be paying up.
