Len Perham quote from annual meeting this morning.
Says at these market levels the company is very undervalued.
Communications sector will dominate IDTI's future; Cisco and
NEC are big customers. WinChip has consumed large R&D expense,
and future generations of the processor may be developed in
partnership with someone else. Costs are being cut heavily, and
return to profitability is expected in FY'99.
Attendance at the meeting was about 90, probably a third of
which were employees. Bottom line, the CEO was convincing that
IDTI is well-positioned for when the high tech sector turns around.
I guess I hear that from all the companies.
