IQBAL:

As usual, your analysis is impeccable... But, there is an undeniable thrust to the downside... Is it a correction in a Bull market or the beginning of the BEAR... We'll know soon...

The Russian meltdown and Japanese woes are weighing on the world markets... We may get a short term pop in our markets as foreign money floods into the U.S. markets... But, ultimately the earnings will decide where the market is heading... With Asia and Russia, and now Latin America teetering at the precipice, forward earnings growth for U.S. companies is not locked in stone as our export business shrinks...

As I've said before, the FED needs to cut interest rates to avert a slowdown in our economy that would be translated into yet lower stock prices...

I've heard that Alan Greenspan is an avid reader of your thread... : >

I hope he gets the message...

Jim

IQ,
I was watching the action to-day and noticed that PREM went negative a bunch of times and closed negative. Lisa from the TSO said you had posted an explanation of what's going on under the covers when that happens sometime last year and I was wondering if you could spare a little time for a comment.
