I think the best test of whether the correction is truly over is whether the bellweather stocks, i.e. msft, dell, csco have substantially corrected or not. As of now they haven't so no way is this thing over. Of course, we could get a short term rally but that would be IMO a rally in a bear market. We are still heading down. Once the big boys do correct then the big question will be- is it over or is their more ugliness to come. Either way at that point I would expect a very sizable bounce which I plan on playing.
