David - I read through the TI announcement, and I didn't see anything about the kind of light source they'd use in making the chip. I've looked at a couple other websites about CMOS technology, and those are regarding .25 micron chips, which we know can be done with optical light sources. I'll keep looking and perhaps I'll give JMAR a call, too.

Here's an article that tells more about how TI will produce the chip: (Note that others are exploring other methods for .10 micron and under.)
