Certainly is rare to be given the opportunity to buy a quality company
for its cash value. For $2.88 you can buy CMND (which has $2.79/share in cash). Everything else comes along for free: quality clientele, great information technology business opportunities, growing Y2K business, price-to-sales ratio of 0.46, book value of over $4.30, no debt, current ratio of 8.55.

It's a strange investing environment we find ourselves in.
