Let's look at the facts invovled in rec's for ligand and many other spec biotechs. Fact: Recs are internal pushes of stock that brokers use to lure clients in.

Fact:So far, the buy recs are not effective in helping this stock, at least not yet.

SO why are you repetively posting the same thing over and over?
