You are making an assumption that I don't know is correct.
I understood that SI received many complaints about this.
I have no idea who complained, nor do I care.

It may be that he was lucky that he wasn't turned into the SEC, he may have violated certain laws when he did the mailing.
I don't know, I guess the question would be whether or not he was allowed to make that offer in every state that he did it in.
I don't remember the wording of the email off hand, so I cannot say for sure.
He would know, I guess.

The difference I think from just sending out say a stock tip, was that he was soliciting money.

Someone would have to look into it that cares.
I do not.
