I did not rescind my statements, I corrected them. I used a poor choice of words in the post and never meant to imply that Global Games was under investigation by the SEC. I never thought that anyone would read or interpret the post in that manner. I was replying to a post by BRM and the remark was made in that context. I abhor false statements as much as anyone else, and I think it is irresponsible to post false information in an effort to induce anyone to either buy or sell a stock. If I posted something that gave the wrong impression, I should be held accountable. I read the replies to the post and immediately saw that some did misread it, and immediately corrected it. While I will vigorously debate the merits of a stock, I do not condone nor support misrepresentation. If the SEC were to investigate me for any reason I am confident that I can defend any of the statements that I have made. I am not so sure others on this thread can make a similar statement.
